The team sheets are in.
As expected, no Frank Sinclair and Stefan Oakes for the Imps, but Kevin Gall shakes off a groin strain to partner Ben Wright in attack.

Imps: Burch, Green, Kovacs, Beevers, Brown, John-Lewis, Kerr, Frecklington, N'Guessan, Gall, Wright. Subs: Duffy, King, Hone, Graham, Clarke.

Big things are expected by Wycombe, managed by Peter Taylor, this season. They line up as follows:
Shearer, McCracken, Woodman, Williamson, Johnson, Doherty, Mousinho, Spence, Grant, Zebroski, McGleish. Subs: Young, Holt, Ashton, Viera, Crooks.

I want for your predictions for today. Despite a slow start, I'm going to continue with my blind optimism by forecasting a 2-1 win for City.

Are the rest of you as optimistic as me?

Just the spotted the Wycombe mascot, called Bodger.
I guess he's meant to be a Chairboy - whatever one of them is!
He's got brown hair, a long nose and a massive head. It's a scary looking thing.

In today's early League Two kick off, Chesterfield won 1-0 at Grimsby.
That is a shame.

We're currently being entertained by highlights of Wycombe's season so far on the jumbo tron.
Yes, Adams Park has a jumbo tron - a big screen.

The players have retreated to the dressing rooms. We're just over 10 minutes away from kick off.

Hi imping along,

Thanks for joining me. I like your optimism.
We had some technical issues regarding the webchat yesterday. Sorry about that.
We will be doing another one very soon, so watch out for that.

BBC 606 has got some rumours that we are after a couple of Shrewsbury players, Hibbert and Pugh, and Shrewsbury want Frecklington, could you shed some light on this?

After both teams have huddle, Wycombe get the game underway.
Decked out in their regular away kit - white shirts and red shorts - the Imps are playing away from their own fans behind one goal.

The home side close within the first 30 seconds as Zebroski's drive is beaten away by Rob Burch.
