Hello sports fans,

Your usual host Mark Whiley is covering Lincolnshire County Cricket Club's one-day match against Dorset. That's a long way to travel if the game gets rained off.

So I'm in the hotseat for Lincoln City's final game of the season, against relegated Wrexham at Sincil Bank.

Join me for all the action from 2.30pm.

Afternoon all,

Salford Imp, logging on,

Have some interesting stats for you all, later on!

And yes, Torquay, I was at the match last weekend, it was a great match, could have easerly been a 5-7 final scoreline, plus 2 bovrils!

Forgot to ask if Mark has taken his Bovril down to Dorset for the cricket? and by the way where is the cricket match being played?

Welcome to a glorious afternoon at Sincil Bank.

No need for hot Bovril today. Sush puppies and strawberry mivvies are the order of the day.

The teams are in:

Lincoln: Duffy, Green, Beevers, Hone, Croft, Frecklington, Kerr, King, Dodds, Forrester, Wright. Subs: Brown, Stallard, N'Guessan, Warlow, Clarke.

The only changes are Danny Hone in for the injured Adie Moses and Scott Kerr returns after suspension and missing the Morecambe game, in place of injured Martin Pembleton.

Wrexham: Ward, SPeder, Pejic, Evans, Tremarco, Mackin, Murtagh, Baynes, Taylor, Williams, Llewellyn. Subs: Darlington, Fleming, Carvill, Garrett, Jones.

Right I'm going for a Imps 2-0 win, at 9/1 at Betfair.

I fancy Lincoln to finish the season on a high.

Relegated Wrexham are playing for pride, but I can't see them restoring any today. They're thinking about trips to the likes of Histon, Forest Green and Ebbsfleet next season.

They are giving out the end of season awards in the centre circle.

Young player of the year was shared by Lenny John-Lewis ad Danny Hone.
Danny Hone also picked up the away player of the year award.

The player of the year award went to Paul Green, with Scott Kerr second and Jamie Forrester third.

I'm delighted for Greeny. As a right-back he perhaps doesn't always get the credit he deserves but he's had a superb season.

Right seven players are out of contract this summer, four of which are starting today, Ayden Duffy, Gary Croft, Scott Kerr and Jamie Forrester. Plus there's Mark Stallard on the bench. Also out of contract are the long-serving Alan Marriott and veteran defender Adie Moses.

Who do think should get a new deal and who should be let go?

I think Forrester and Kerr should definiely get new deals and I think it would be harsh to let Mazza go.

Five minutes to kick-off.

The Wrexham fans are in good voice, considering their plight. A few of them have come in fancy dress, including one as a Star Wars storm trooper. May the Force be with you in the Blue Square Premier next season.

harsh indeed to let Mazza go but are we just a load of softies? Schoey gave a long service to the club too but sentiment didn't get in the way there did it.

We're underway. Lincoln shooting towards the Imps Stand.

King's playing on the left with Louis Dodds on the right, and Forrester and Wright up front.

Sorry to say it but yes Mazza's time is up, Duffy and Smith has shown it in the matches I have watched, he (in my opion) is too slow in getting the ball out!

I have no idea where the cricket match is being played. Hopefully Mark does.
I doubt he's taken any Bovril with him. He normally sponges some of the players' leftovers at tea.

Not a great deal happening here at the moment.

Forrester did manage to latch on to a ball over the top from Frecklington, but despite a bit of trickery he couldn't get past his marker and his shot was blocked.

Good chance for Forrester. Dodds' played a clever low ball to him in the box from a corner. Forrester had space to take a touch but his shot hit the side netting.

Goal to Wrexham. 0-1.

It came out of nowhere.

A free-kick from Baynes found Mackin unmarked and he steered a header past Duffy.
